The hotel was beautiful with an interesting history. I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and the garden. the staff was very friendly, informative, and helpful. They helped me register the car. the modern bathroom was great, and the breakfast head of staff provided excellent service with music.
I found no tea, coffee, or bottled water available in the bedroom. I expected more facilities for the price.

The hotel location is a GREAT asset, near the city center. I could easily walk to all the main attractions, which saved a lot on transportation. The staff assisted with registering my car for the ztl zone, a task I REALLY appreciated. The private garden offered a quiet escape after busy days.
The room was a bit TOO basic. I wished for a few more amenities for the price.

i found the staff very friendly.. getting my breakfast packed for an early day trip was a thoughtful touch. the hotel's location was also a plus, within walking distance of the city center. the gardens were lovely and quite really good for a city center location. i was able to leave my luggage after checkout for a few hours.
i found no bottled water available in the room and i had to buy it from a vending machine downstairs.
